Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and authorised to use the platform for the accounts and content you submit.

Accounts are personal to you. We may offer additional verification, such as email verification and multi-factor authentication, and may require it before certain actions.

GrowlioX is funded through a wallet. You add funds in a supported currency through a third-party payment provider, and your wallet is credited only after that provider confirms the payment — returning to the site is not, by itself, confirmation of payment.

• Balances are held per currency. Currencies are never converted automatically, and a balance in one currency is not treated as a balance in another without an explicit, disclosed conversion.
• Prices and charges are calculated by GrowlioX at the time of the transaction. Amounts shown for reference may differ from the final amount charged, which is always determined server-side.
• GrowlioX does not store your full card or bank details; payment credentials are handled by the payment provider you choose.
• Wallet funds are for purchasing GrowlioX services and are not a deposit, investment or banking product.

When you place an order, the price is resolved by GrowlioX and paid from your wallet. Many services are fulfilled with human involvement rather than instantly, and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit — for example the exact link, profile or keyword an order targets.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings, search positions, retained followers, engagement rates or third-party metrics, and we do not fabricate delivery figures. Where a service reports no measured data, that is stated honestly rather than shown as a result.

An order or campaign that has not yet been paid for (for example a draft) may be cancelled before payment. Once a wallet-funded order has been placed and paid, it enters fulfilment and the current release does not provide self-service refunds or reversals.

If something goes wrong with an order, contact support and we will review it. Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under applicable law.

You agree not to use GrowlioX to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
• violate the terms, policies or technical protections of any third-party platform the service interacts with;
• promote content that is illegal, hateful, deceptive, or that you are not authorised to promote;
• commit fraud, launder funds, or use stolen payment credentials;
• interfere with, probe or overload the platform, or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits or access controls.

GrowlioX makes no claim that any service is immune from enforcement by third-party platforms. We do not promise that traffic, engagement or advertising activity is “safe” from a third party’s own rules, detection or penalties, and you use the services with that understanding.

The AI Growth Assistant and AI Ads Studio are tools to help you plan and produce work. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, is provided for your consideration, and is not professional, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on or publishing it.

The assistant cannot move money, change prices, alter your account role or act on your wallet. Nothing produced by AI Ads Studio is delivered without a person reviewing and approving it first. You are responsible for ensuring content you submit to, or generate with, these tools is lawful and that you hold the necessary rights.

GrowlioX relies on third parties — including payment providers, email delivery, sign-in providers and the social platforms your orders relate to. Their availability and their own terms are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions or enforcement decisions. Your use of a third-party service is subject to that party’s terms.

GrowlioX is under active development. Features may be added, changed, limited or withdrawn, and some capabilities depend on external providers that may not be connected at a given time. The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may suspend or limit access to protect the platform, its users or a third party — for example on suspected fraud or a breach of these Terms. You may stop using GrowlioX at any time. Where an account is closed, financial and audit records are retained as required for accounting, security and legal purposes even though the account is no longer active.

The GrowlioX name, brand and the platform itself are owned by GrowlioX and its licensors. You keep ownership of the content and materials you submit, and grant GrowlioX the limited licence needed to process and deliver the services you request. You must not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the platform except as the law allows.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowlioX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, goodwill or data arising from your use of the platform or from the acts of third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Individual services may carry additional conditions — for example minimum or maximum quantities, targeting requirements, or limits on what may be promoted. Where a service states such conditions, they apply in addition to these Terms.

GrowlioX is operated from Ghana, and these Terms are governed by the laws applicable there, without prejudice to mandatory protections in your own place of residence. Formal legal-entity details and a full dispute-resolution clause will be published as the service is formalised.

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
